Ummm, Andy has nothing but praise for basically any person alive. Have you ever heard him criticize someone? You could dump a pot of hot coffee on him and he'd be like,

"Yeah, pouring that coffee was a heck of an effort. I love seeing the energy, but I need to do a better job of getting the coffee in the cup. That's on me."

Not Sal Paolantonio.

Still, though, even with his anger through his teeth, Andy comes out looking like the better man

Their secondary is pretty average too. Ward is good but he hasn’t finished a full season yet.

The Browns will not be able to stop our passing game. Mahomes was torching them last season, even with a much worse OL. Their pass rush is probably worse than last season too.
They did address things in the offseason. Clowney, for example, while not being a star is a nice complimentary piece. They also had some injury issues last season. While their overall stats weren't great, they got better as the season went on.

KC is better. But they are too. I don't think they closed the gap necessarily, but I DO expect the Browns to win that division and probably be the distant second best team in the AFC. I think The Bills are relying far to heavily on two rookie DE's with big question marks.

Clowney is a name and nothing more. The Browns lost Sheldon Richardson and Olivier Vernon who had 3.5 sacks and 9 sacks. Clowney has 3 over the last 2 years.

It’s not just that Clowney sucks (he does), but they also LOST players who were more productive last year. That’s a net negative for what was already a below average pass rush (they ranked in the 20’s in pressure percentage last season).

I think we win for sure but the Browns are hardly a bad team. CP arrogance is back in full force like before the SB that we were certain to win by 20. We are starting 3 rookies on the OL and facing a playoff team from last season so lets not go full on stupid like we are playing the Jags.

No game is a gurantee but we will beat them.

Just because we shit ourselves in the SB doesn’t mean we’re not the best team in the NFL.

I like that we're starting to talk about the season opener. I hadn't really thought much about the Browns game but I'm ready.

You DO realize that Cleveland is probably going to start NINE new players? Literally Garrett and Ward are the only ones left.

I think it's way, way too early to declare with any certainty what the Cleveland defense is going to look like.

I think you're looking at half of the picture.

I think the odds are that we ARE.

Will we be in week one? I don't know. We've got the best player.

Will we be by the end of the season? I think so.

But I DO know the Browns are super underrated here on CP. That's a good team and will be a good test in week one.

Yeah, i think the preseason games cemented that. All you have to do is look at how/where they used him. They were clearly testing him, much the way they tested Hardman and Robinson in week 2.

That's a lot of new pieces to try to make click in Week 1, too.

I don't think either team will be as good week 1 as they will be by midseason.
