Granted, I didn't live in the KC area during his prime so I may have missed a game or two but I really don't remember him being THAT spectacular. Charles was the guy I wanted to watch. Granted, I've also blocked that part of his career out of my mind thanks to Cassel/Haley/Pioli.

I definitely wouldn’t describe him as spectacular, and the end of his tenure wasn’t fun, but he was an exciting young player in the early years.

He was a 1st round pick that had immediate success, and even had that 14 TD season.

I think it says more about how bad we were that he was the only reason to watch, but it’s definitely the truth.

It was definitely similar with Jamaal, but yea, Bowe wasn’t quite that good.

That's that shit i was talking about with Hardman and his inability to catch a ball above his shoulders.

Watching Gordon last night that's the play that popped in my head. Gordon can adjust and catch that. Gordon catches that football.

That clip is actually why I'm OK with Mahomes bailing from the pocket. If he was able to get out of there and extend that play for another second, he'd have seen Hardman there for the big play.

I don't think this OL is that great yet.

As long as he has time to look the ball in and it hits him right in the numbers. Or his ankles. He'll catch it if you throw it at his ankles. Just don't throw it above the neck.
