That is also an indictment on the defense not getting teams to punt and giving up long drives…

I don't blame them. I would never punt against this Chiefs defense. Has less to do with Mahomes than knowing the defense is weak. Plus, it's an extra attempt at getting the first down. Like another spin at the roulette wheel. I'm surprised it's taken teams around the league this long to start going for it more often.

Exactly!! If the Bills go for it 10 times and convert 5 or more, who cares! Mahomes is gonna pass for 8 tds and the game will be over by halftime!!!
