I’ve always said that.

I said a few pages ago that Mahomes is the only reason the Chiefs are so good. Take away Mahomes and the Chiefs would struggle to win 8 games. The Bills,
as a TEAM, are significantly better than the Chiefs. Mahomes is just so good that he makes up for the talent differences at other positions.

CAN he become the GOAT? He could. But he has a long, long, long way to go.

I guarantee in the past he used the situation Mahomes went into as compared to Allen to prop up Allen and doubt Mahomes’ actual abilities.

Y'know all this GOAT talk I couldn't care less about. You're the one who brought it up I believe (didn't read every post in this thread). As long as he's playing at an elite level and keeping us competitive every year, that'll be fine by me.

On the GOAT topic...do you believe Brady is the best QB to have ever played? The talking heads sure have given him that moniker. Personally I'm not sure I'd put him in the top 5 and that's why the GOAT thing is meaningless to me.

For years I denied that Brady was the GOAT.

But at some point you just have to accept it.

He has 7 freaking Super Bowl trophies for goodness sake. His best season ever is still better than Mahomes best season to date (2007). He is incredibly smart.

You're only as good as the supporting cast around you. I would marvel at how long Brady had to throw the ball in so many instances. If both Brady and Mahomes went to the Lions which QB would fare better? A mobile, innovative QB who can extend the play and throw at any angle or a pocket QB who'll get less than 2 seconds to throw the ball?

So? In his last two Super Bowls, the other team didn't even score a TD. At some point, the talking heads have to admit this is a team sport. Michael Jordan can't sniff Bill Russell's titles. Hell, Aaron Rodgers can't sniff Brady based on that metric.

Chiefs have far more premium talent than the Bills.

Mahomes, Kelce, and Hill on offense are HOF players. You have zero HOF talents on offense.

On defense Chris Jones and Tyrann Matthieu are stars. You have Tre White who is a very good corner but not a shutdown corner..he can't cover Hill by himself.

Our OL is better than yours. Your DL has a bunch of old guys and some new guys, not 1 star. Edmunds is your prize LB and he has no instincts(he got abused by us last year).

Your team lost when KC went on a 38-6 run in ther Championship game. No wonder you post here so much your mults have been banned.

This stuff about team is another thing Bills fans like to say without any real evidence. The Chiefs have better pass catchers, better o line, better QB, better head coach, and likely a better RB, at best it’s a wash. So on offense the Chiefs are better. Neither team fields a good defense. Perhaps the Bills defense is better, but is it so much better than the Chiefs defense that it makes up for the deficit they have on offense? Can’t see that. Their defense right now is the early Pats defense of 2019 and early Steelers of last year feasting on the scrub QBs of the NFL only to get exposed against real offenses.

...and look at who the Chiefs have played this year compared to the Bills. The Bills also have a cakewalk schedule practically the whole year.
