Dudes entire career is based on Devin Hester. You're unit is constantly making mistakes while you get to keep 5-7 guys who provide nothing to the team other than ST.

If you need all that to be marginal on special teams you suck at coaching.

Ever since Hill stopped returning kicks his special teams have been bad. Tons of penalities, missed PAT's, bad returns, fumbles. For as many key spots this team gives up for Special teams only players is a joke for the return they get.
