He's getting absolutely toasted by pretty average athletes at this point. It isn't just premier guys finding space against him - your average blocking TE and/or 4th WR can work him over. His role doesn't need to be diminished - it needs to be eliminated outright. Brett Veach doesn't have the juevos to put the bite collar on the coaching staff by cutting the dude - but it really should be done. If they won't take him off the field, you need to do it for them.
