Kelce to Covid List

I'm not sure I agree with that. I know several people who have had symptons, tested negative the first day or two, and then finally got positive test to confirm.

Separately, Nate Taylor seemed to indicate that the players who tested positive were all asymptomatic or at least "no major symptoms," soo there's definitely reason for optimism.

The thing is, they already had several people in the protocol. You'd have to think they not only tested once but twice, maybe 3 times, leading up to the game, given the sequence of events.

I could totally agree with you if he had one negative test but again, given the sequence of events, I don't think he just had one test. He would have had to had multiple false negatives to get through like that.

And of course, this is all speculation on my part, FWIW.

Yeah, it’ll likely be closer than it should be but I can’t see a scenario where we could lose this game, even with several backups playing.

Remember, the Butt Kicker is out also. There is the path to such a scenario....Deal is Pittsburgh SUCKS, but they have caught teams at the right time when they're injured / covid and managed to hang around and win ugly. I can certainly see that kind of thing happening here. Especially if something were to happen to another offense player during the game. Not saying I expect it, but without Kelce and the Butt Kicker, KC will not be able to win games how they have been. Defense must show up, and I think they will.

If Jones and Gay and Sneed are all back practicing I will feel much better about this shit.

Hopefully kecle gets a neg test before Sunday but i think if the defense is full go then we can survive Pitt with out Kelce.

If he can make extra points, I think the kicking game will be fine. We should just go for it on any fourth and medium inside the opponent's 50.

As long as we win, isn’t it actually good to have guys like Kelce or Jones occasionally miss games for things like Covid? Reduces the risk of injury and allows them to rest for the playoffs. Also gives guys like Gray, Wharton, etc some valuable snaps.
