It's the reasoning that's faulty.

You don't want the vaccine because you're concerned about it's makeup but you'll take a cocktail mix of different medications that aren't normally used together without question? Medications have side effects and drug interactions are a huge concern in healthcare.

If you are asymptomatic though, I think the NFL should allow them to play. They've got to figure out something better than their current plan.

No matter what measures are taken, the virus doesn't care. It's going to mutate, infect, mutate, and move on.

Follow the best course of control on your horizon. Some folks will go one way, others will go a different way with the benefit of reduced chances of ringworm.

He got the information to use these drugs from Doctors who use these drugs.

My wife was positive a few weeks ago (along with me). Her doctor prescribed her monoclonal antibodies which are reserved for higher risk patients (she has high BP), ivermectin, z-pak, and dexamethasone. ( I incorrectly said prednisone earlier).

I doubt her Doctor is getting that regiment from Rogan.

The silly part of it is people take these drugs because they don't trust pharmaceutical companies, which is understandable. I get it. But then by doing this they're arguing that Merck is sitting on a BILLION dollar wonder drug that would help control this pandemic and instead of cashing in they're telling people not to use it. Doesn't make a lick of sense. But the reality is some people just like to argue or pretend they have the "secret" answer to everything.

I'm not refuting the safety of any of it. I'm refuting the irony of refusing one because you fear it's safety while pumping your body full of something else if you get it.

I personally take the vaccine and have been boosted, and if I got sick enough still, give me other treatments too as I do think the therapeutics are fairly safe.

I still don't get how the NFL can't see how terrible they are managing this though. They HAVE to develop a new plan and quick!

I believe the logic is you wait until you have to do it to pump yourself full of anything you aren't so sure about if you are low risk, or believe you are.

I think you know my wife and I are vaccinated.

I give a **** when people use faulty reasoning to justify their means. And then when people take one person's experience and claim it's "the answer," which is happening in this thread. Bleeding Red literally saying "it's proven" for so many things that aren't proven. That's all I am refuting.

I am fully onboard with the NFL not testing ANYONE unless they have symptoms at this point. It's not like the general public is testing themselves unless they have symptoms.

Again, the league needs updated protocols because what is happening right now is silly. The NFL is quite literally the highest tested vocation in the world right now. That just makes no sense.
