There is certainly no shortage of blame to spread around for that mess between FO, coaching, and Rodgers... but what stands out above all IMO, is that Rodgers is just a crushing, hard to get along with DICK

Murphy was 100% right in cracking down and calling his bluff
Yep. Drafting Love now feels like a tone-setting move from LaFleur and the FO, and then they dared Aaron to move on after all the drama he created in the offseason.

As you said, they called his bluff, and they were right. It paid off for Rodgers, too, though I doubt he'd ever look at it that way.

There was definitely a several year period where the FO didn't do enough to give him skill players, but thats been over for a while now

Notice how Aaron has shut his fat mouth of late, he knows that LaFleurs run and short pass heavy game benefits him by now but would never admit it... that prick absolutely needed knocked down a peg

He was never going to leave. The NFC North is a joke. Only the Vikings are a threat and they are cursed to fail. It is an easy #1 seed every year.

Despite what the national media said about not giving Rodgers enough help, the Packers are a well-run organization.

Denver or Vegas wasn't happening. He doesn't want to play KC or LAC every year. He wants the easy path to the SB like Brady had for his whole career.
