Not hiring the best man for the job because of how fans would react is REALLY setting yourself up for failure.

There is an issue, why I don't agree with the Rooney rule as it is a crutch for owners, I do believe black coaches have had a harder time being hired and also given less time to succeed. Houston and Miami pulled the plug way to early this year and it's going to be a problem for the NFL and probably should be...
