only solution is each team with a HC opening has to draw out of a hat the required race and sexual identity of the coach they must hire. Its time the NFL be totally woke. Same requirement for QB's with equality over the season of who starts each game.

The creators of the rule were hoping for a legit interview but that’s not happening and that’s what Flores is pointing out. He knows he won’t coach in NFL again and doesn’t care it’s bigger than that

If you force people to interview minorities, you’re going to get token interviews.

In recent memory? yeah I can't think of a white coach who has been fired after a winning season. I would have to do some research on that.

David Culley had a great resume?

What about Anthony Lynn?

How was Brian Flores any different than Matt Patricia or Joe Judge?

The hottest non-QB position coach this offseason was Jerod Mayo. He seems well on his way to getting a HC job in the near future. He hasn’t even been a DC yet.

It’s not like every black HC ever hired had an amazing resume either.

The fact is, most first time HCs have sketchy resumes, hence the risk of hiring a first time HC.
