I could see the Chiefs trading for a Seattle receiver, but I'd bet on Tyler Lockett before Metcalf.
You basically can acquire him on a 2/$26M deal, if I'm interpreting the out correctly. If you cut him after next season you're on the hook for $7.5M in dead cap. I could see throwing Seattle a mid-round pick for that.
