That's not too much. If Hill will sign for that then he's a saint. He wants way more that what Kupp signed for. He wants in the Hopkins range most likely.

Hopkins' contract is actually 5th in effective cap hit, AFTER Kupp.

You know who is currently the highest-paid WR in the league? Tyreek Hill at $21M. He's not going to get the kind of money you're worried about. He's like to get around $23-24M per.

If there are better WRs than Tyreek, its Adams and Cupp. I would think 21/22 million/year is market value.

I would like to see Tyreek get his fair share, hes earned it. Also, I would like to see Tyreek accept that knowing that the team still has other needs in order to keep building.

Players like him are rare but teams like this are even more rare. Being on this team has to be so much fun and likely puts him in the Hall of Fame. He and Patrick have a chance to become one of the best QB/WR combo's ever.

Im hoping they can find a reasonable middle ground at say 21/22 million a year.

I fear that if he asks much more, trading him becomes more likely. I want him to be a Chief for Life.

For me not Kupp. Adams, Hopkins, Chase and Deebo. Then Hill in my book.
