I'm simply pointing out that he has an extremely low catch %. Much lower than any other receiver on the Packers that got a meaningful number of targets.

I haven't watched him play at all because I only watch Chiefs games and couldn't give a **** about watching any other team play until it's late in the playoffs. Maybe the issue was scheme, or maybe he's one of those speed guys that simply dont get separation on anything but a go route.

Why do you guys keep ignoring that he had ZERO drops last year? Cherry picking stats that help your case while ignoring more recent and thus more relevant stats that don’t is dishonest.

How am I cherry picking stats to help my case? You don't even know what the **** my case is.

I'm not questioning his ability to ****ing catch the ball, idiot. I'm questioning his ability to get open on anything but a straight line route.

You said he has a low catch rate, but it was greatly improved last year.

Tell me all about how greatly improved his catch % was from 2018-2020 compared to 2021.

All the guys we're bringing in at WR somebody has to stick and take the majority of Hills touches. As long as they can catch the ball and move the chains I'm good. As it stands though the only guy with that one play can go to the house ability is Mecole.....I'm really hoping he can step up and take those targets

He was used primarily on deep routes. I think i read somewhere today that 40% of his routes were deeper than 20 yards.

Its hard to rack up a high catch percentage when you are only targeted on deep contested passes.

I don’t know how he will be used here, but the chiefs liked him enough to give him more than one year.

As good as Tyreek was, he did not make Mahomes. Not even close.

Two of the greatest games Mahomes has EVER played, at home vs BAL and at OAK in 2019, were without Tyreek

Mahomes has already learned to play without Tyreek, (both physically and schematically) so he's going to be fine.

The yards might be a little harder to come by, but as long as Andy Reid is bringing in receivers that get open, Mahomes will find them. And he hasn't hit his peak yet.

It's better. Pringle is roughly equal in my opinion. Best would be neither and plug a rookie in there.

I’ll take the potential of MVS and a rookie. This signing is definitely not prohibiting Vatch from using a pick on a WR in the draft.

IMO, Mahomes is going to miss Reek a great deal. In fact, I think a couple years down the line, we all will. In my opinion, trading Reek was a huge mistake. But, that's just me.

The Chiefs are still going to draft a WR1 and likely another WR for depth.

And meanwhile they sign a veteran guy in MVS who is bigger than JuJu with almost Tyreek-caliber speed… not a bad upgrade from shitfest DRob.

He’s better than D-Rob. That’s the only nice thing I can say. Wish he had the same price tag D-Rob has had.
