Heard RoJo and CEH were there, no Hardman.

Coleman has been getting reps with Mahomes as well.

Good with Mecole not being there. He and Patrick have had plenty of time together.

We have to utilize CEH's pass catching ability for him to be more effective this year. As many balls that Patrick can serve them guys, all the better.

JuJu has always been a high upside guy, but aside from 2018... he's finished 2nd/3rd in the pecking order.

So, the "advanced stats sites" are not really going out on a limb saying that he'll get 1000 yards and 8-10 TDs. Hell, most average WRs should see an uptick in targets and production playing with Mahomes.

Question is... is JuJu a true #1 threat? Even in 2018, his best year he was right there with Antonio Brown on production and Brown was certainly the #1 threat, so JuJu benefited greatly there because of that.

I think JuJu would have been an amazing add with the Hill as the #1... but as is, I don't know what to expect really. Same with MVS... I don't see him producing better than JuJu, but neither is a true #1.

But, think back to the days when Brady was doing well in NE ... he always had a ton of options and never really consistently had "the guy" outside of Gronk. Julian stepped up, but even he was 2nd option to Gronk most times. That's apparently the path here.

He doesn’t need to lead the team in receiving yards. That’s what Kelce will do (unless KC drafts a breakout rookie WR)

Right... so what's the acceptable expectation with JuJu?

He doesn't need to be a true #1 threat. He just needs to get open and catch the ball. Something every WR on the team last year had issues with, even Hill.

Kelce is "the guy" in this offense.

I think Juju is going to break out this year. He’s been in a bad QB spot for the last 3 years and now he’s got Patrick and Andy.

Wouldn’t shock me to see 8 TD’s with 1k yards

TDs are fluky but, if the season started tomorrow, 1000 yards is a stone-cold lock.

We'll see what else happens, but as things stand, Juju would get a TON of targets. People are sleeping on that. MVS and Hardman will remain the role players they've always been. Kelce and Juju would get fed.

He'll be around 1,000.

TD's are hard to predict. We may well actually run the ball some. Stop laughing. No seriously, stop. dude. Quit laughing.

Rather have two or three wr who hit around the 800 yard mark now that Hill is gone.

Ideal numbers would be:

Kelce - 1,200
JuJu - 900
MVS - 800
Mecole - 700
Rookie stud - 600

That's roughly 50 yards/gm each out of our top 5 receiving options?

Thats your 'ideal'?

If we get 4200 yards over 17 games from the top 5 receivers on this team I feel like we're gonna be in pretty rough shape given the state of this defense.

The top 5 receivers last season, not including the RB's, combined for 3,800 ish iirc
