Need advice CP!!
Without going into detail, need advice on a dui lawyer. Not for me, little bro got into trouble in the Miami county area. Just need to lawyer up I tell him.

Disclaimer: happened 2 years ago. Spent 2 days in the can, paid a fine. Now they are sending him back for 2 months. This is all coming from my mom, who is an absolute wreck about it, and in general. Any worthwhile advice is fully accepted.

This is confusing how are they sending him back after two years? What was the outcome of his original court date on the matter. I assume he was in for 2 days awaiting trial? Or was he sentenced to those 2 days.

I would try and get with your brother directly instead of mom as the middle man the sequence of events is a little weird. Just make sure you have your facts straight.
