A slightly humbling win, but it was a must-win. Chargers have a much easier schedule. Winning the division’s going to be a tough task this year.

Like Nick Wright said, this may have been one of the two hardest games on the schedule (the other being in LA).

Didn’t like seeing Mahomes make some bad decisions, and the OL and new receivers were a little disappointing.

Chargers have the Falcons, Browns, and Dolphins while we have the Bucs, Bengals, and Bills.

Chargers fans need to cope lol

We just beat them in a game in which:

Mahomes was just OK
Kelce had a quiet night
Every single WR struggled to get open
Both our tackles were getting beaten repeatedly
Creed Humphrey allowed a rare 3rd down pressure that stalled a drive
Chris Jones was invisible until the 4th quarter
Nick Bolton didn't have many big plays

We got carried by *checks notes* Justin Watson, Jaylen Watson and Willie Gay.

Meanwhile, on their side, Bosa, Derwin James and Mike Williams all brought the heat.

In order to beat us next time, they have to hope for all of those guys to bring the same energy and they'll need Mack, JC Jackson, Keenan Allen and Austin Ekeler to go off.

It took them a crazy one-handed catch and a couple 4th down miracles on the final drive just for them to lose by 3 instead of 10

Random thought from the morning after:

Derwin James is really good at football. I used to love playing the LB/DB hybrid "rover" position, and this guy has really mastered it. Seems to be in on every single play. Their defense is going to take a hit when he inevitably gets hurt.
