I don’t think that’s an unfair question.

Diggs was already a big time player before he got to Buffalo. It’s fair to wonder about Davis. Time will tell with him. I am not sure Buffalo will keep him when he’s no longer a $1 million cap hit. He’s going to want $20+ million salary if he keeps hitting those deep TD plays. If he leaves Buffalo for bigger money somewhere else, he will get to prove how good he is or isn’t with a different QB.

Yes. That game at Arrowhead last year was particularly damaging/damning performance from Sorenson. They picked on him for a lot of big plays, including the back-breaking TD to Knox.

His less-involved role was a big factor in switching the outcome in the playoffs.

In 68 starts, Mahomes has 27 fumbles, 10 lost

In 66 starts, Allen has 43 fumbles, 16 lost

Allen has a fumble for every career victory. Mahomes has more playoff touchdown passes than career fumbles

Yes but he has also run like 200 less times than Allen too. The more you run, the more opportunity there is to fumble. If you factor in the lack of running by Mahomes, they’re pretty equal in fumbling. Allen very rarely fumbles from the pocket.

They also have a huge complex regarding media coverage of Allen and Mahomes. They think that Mahomes has been anointed the chosen one and is immune to criticism while Allen is relentlessly nitpicked. Imagine being this delusional.

Mahomes can literally throw 2 INT’s agains the Chargers (they got called back), plus at least 3 other throws that should have been INT’ed - and no one makes a collage of them and posts a video. Yet Allen has several should have been INT’s against the Dolphins and someone makes a collage video and posts it.

Bills fans feel there is unfairness in that.

That's probably just "closeness" bias. Because Chiefs fans definitely feel like Mahomes is criticized quite a bit, and unfairly, for his "turnover worthy" throws.

We can't expect that sort of offensive efficiency in every game.

At one point deep in the Tampa Bay game we were something absurd like 8/11 on 3rd down conversions. Even the best teams in the league hover around 50%.

That’s just not true. There has been plenty of coverage about “near INT’s” with Mahomes. There are a bunch of AFC West trolls and Brady trolls on Twitter that constantly attack Mahomes for any flaws in his game. There’s also Skip Bayless, who has ruthlessly attacked Mahomes on TV his entire career. Pro Football Focus graded Mahomes as “barely a starter” in his performance against the Cardinals where he led the team to 44 points.

I didn’t realize there was that many Mahomes trolls. I guess they don’t pop up on my Twitter feed as much since it’s curated for Bills content.

Kind of insane for anyone to be criticizing a HOF player like Mahomes that much.
