Spags lost the first Bengals game last year, and the Buffalo game this year, because he put players in positions to fail.

Maybe Spags needs to address the lack of pass rush with Veach, or Cullen, or they need to disguise the personnel better so Saunders (and other fatties) don't have to cover.

Ok, and so here's the other part of it-

You've got two inexperienced rookie corners. You've got a rookie 3rd safety. What coverage do you run? Do you want to run something exotic? Well, can you trust them to not **** it up? Or do you man up with your two 6' plus corners, keep it simple, and hope their good size and athleticism can hold up often enough that you can get home some with your blitz schemes?

I mean I really don't know what you expect Spags to do.

You're going to give up a lot of yards, especially early in the season. The kids are learning in a trial by fire.

It'd look a lot better if we could get home rushing 4, but we can't, so it is what it is.

He's dialing those blitzes up in key moments, and we're winning games while the kids learn.

As far as i'm concerned, he's a ****ing magician.

Until Mahomes went out at the end of the game, the Chiefs were averaging over 10 yards per play (against the #2 D!). There have to be only a handful of games in NFL history where a team has done that on offense.

What a game. I didn't bother trying to log on because the server was down for me at kickoff. The way things went early, I figured that was a good thing, I'm sure there was an EPIC CP meltdown going on. But DAMN, we owned those ****ers. #1 defense in the league and save one **** up early on, we owned there asses on all sides of the ball.

MAN... that felt good. Looking forward to the bye, and then Chiefs dominate to end the season. We are getting better every ****ing game guys, even the losses have helped. We have a young and new team in many ways. They are only going to improve.

The Colts game was the head scratcher, but it seems our boys lay at least one egg or two every season. We are going to be un ****ing stoppable by the end of the season.

Oh...and Skye will be fine. He's had some rookie bumps, but we've seen him do some good things. He's a smart kid...he'll be fine.

Also...how 'bout CEH, Pacheco, McKinnon and Hardman today?? Forgotten ****ing heroes. Goddam people...we have a lot of weapons on this team.

I'm a little drunk, but that don't make me wrong. GO CHIEFS!!!

I think he was about 85% out there.

85% Ward might as well be Eric Warfield.

I was not sad to see him leave. I always said he was the king of being right next to the receiver when the receiver caught the ball.

Sure, he usually had tight coverage, but he would literally be in the receiver's personal space and just watch the receiver catch the ball.
