Josh allen (bills)

Has almost 100 rushing yds against the jets and 2 interceptions. Currently down against the jets, but that could change.

Allen reminds me of a prime Cam newton. He's physical and isn't afraid to use his body to take punishment. But I can't help but think he'll have a shorter career like cam as a result of it.

Thoughts? (Slow day waiting for the chiefs)

You've definitely mentioned it. Someone compared the TD numbers of Mahomes and Allen recently and you quickly jumped in to mention his rushing TDs.

Yeah, he just posts whatever supports his argument best.

Mahomes vs. Allen = rushing TD's count

Allen vs. Newton = rushing TD's don't count

He's better than the vast majority of the Bills fans that come here but he's still a Bills fan on a Chiefs message board.

I'd say McDermott had an opportunity to put fears to rest and he 100% did not.

Also Bills fans "day to day" is problematic. Trust us.

But I agree with you that the injury itself is pretty minor.
So you want your team to rush players back from injury?

I know a lot of bills fans living in this area obviously. A lot of them are amazing and very objective. In fact if anything they are paranoid and always waiting for the shoe to drop. Very much like us years ago. This guy is not a good representative of the average Bills fan in my opinion and comes off like a young homer. Possibly a teenager

You're probably right, I don't doubt you.

My only experience with Bills fans is here and he's definitely not as bad as some of the idiots that have rolled through here just long enough to get banned.

And while I very much appreciate their mindset (having been through it myself) I will NEVER understand the tailgating behavior. And the media CELEBRATES it. It's beyond moronic.

Them continuing to dance around this issue when it's Wednesday says to me he at best has a partial tear and the guy he saw told him if he plays the rest of the year he risks full tear and Tommy John...he's probably got at least one or 2 other opinions that came out the same..

That or he has a full tear and the Bills don't want that out there.

Bills are not sure what to do. Miami and the Jets have complicated their SB season. Allen needs a week off but Minny is too good to beat without him and they are now 0-2 in the division and tied with us by record.

If they are smart they sit Allen and take the possible loss.

This is EXACTLY what I think happened. Hence why they are being so coy with news.

They're probably good enough to beat them without Allen, especially if Big Game Cousins shows up.

Hate to say it, but feels like someone is going to have to get seriously hurt or die with a lawsuit against the team for anything to change in that regard.

Wow, seems like there is a real possibility there's no Josh Allen the rest of this year or next year. Bills would have stamped that out if they could have.

It's true. Plus they have receiving weapons that the other teams that gashed the Bills on the ground do not have.

They definitely matchup well with the Bills. But Cousins is still their QB.
