He kicked a 62 yard FG several weeks ago. There's nothing wrong with his power. The coaching staff likes to kick short occassionaly to force turnovers from the returner. The thing is, up 20-0, you don't need a turnover to help you. The Jaguars already had several good returns. Just kick it deep and go to halftime.

The special teams idiots strike again at the end there, but it fortunately didn't cost them.

It looks like Mahomes is gonna have to keep scoring in this one. The refs helped the Jags significantly on their final drive (2 holding calls and a delay of game missed and the receiver was in bounds on the play preceding the TD), so that may be something to watch in the 2nd.

You're scared of the Jags offense? have you been paying attention? Pat has 30 more yards passing than JAX has in total offense. To summarize:

JAX in the first half has one TD, one FG, 2 missed FGs and 5 punts. And Spags defense has allowed far fewer yards and points in the second half over the last three games.
