All I know is, he’s a damn good coach. When Mangino arrived he moved every decent athlete to defense, then found his offense.

It seems the CFB world has flipped that a little. He’s building (built) a really dangerous offense in less than 2 years. The defense will come.

His players don't quit. We play our hearts out and have creativity to no end on the offensive side. I couldn't be happier he's locked up for the longterm. Playcalling leaves a bit to be desired, but I'll take that trade 100% of the time. Especially since KU has had more wins this year than they did the entire time my wife attended the university.

What is advantage to him (and K-State) is that the transfer portal is now in play. Can easily resupply talent from there. It's how K-State got Martinez, Brents, to name a few.
