We're too damn predictable

This shit is outrageous. We have had 30 plays on offense so far and a whooping 6 have been runs. 80/20 pass to run ratio is not going to get it done. Our offense looks like garbage when we go one dimensional.

That's PRECISELY why you do it. Chief Fans want to run into a 9-man box and then wonder why we can't get very many yards.

The ability to engage in an intelligent discussion apparently.

As if multiple 1-2 yard gains sprinkled in would change the situation that this game was on Mahomes to win.

Guys dropping passes, and blown pass protections had a lot to do with it but sure, let's waste every first down with a shit run, get Pat behind in the chains and then what?

Can he get 2 shots to convert?

No?

Ok let's get another ****ing 1 yard salad toss in there to satiate dilphag and megaturd's appetite for a wholly ineffective run game.

Ok Pat, now it's 3rd and long, You got one chance to convert this BUT HEY WE KEPT EM HONEST BOIIIIIII!!!

THEYLL NEVER SUSPECT A PASS NOW!!

**** outta here reerun.

As an aside, I just want to make sure that while I absolutely advocate for a more balanced attack, say something more like 60/40 pass/run, I do not advocate for running on every first down.

I also do not advocate for running every time Pacheco is in the game.

The ENTIRE point of running the ball is, to me, to make the offense unpredictable and force the defense to play each and every down honestly.

Carry on.

No one wants KC to run on 1st down every time. Not even most of the time. No rushes in three consecutive possessions is kind of extreme though, especially when we had the lead.

Who said anything about running it on first down? i think I specifically said that 1 rush in three possessions was too lopsided, or words to that effect. Try reading comprehension.

I think these games are ones Andy grinds through bc they mean absolutely nothing to him. It’s gotten worse with Patrick as his QB.

Think about it. Every September we blow the doors off these teams. We do new shit and score points. Defenses have no idea what to do to stop it.

We do new stuff and iterations of old plays in different ways like this against games we care about or early in the year:

Games like today do nothing but put tape out for the Bills and Bengals if we open the playbook. Andy still has issues but he will use his regular stuff in these games bc he knows we are just better than them and will come out on top.

Aw, where did i touch you? Can you show me on the doll, sweetie?

But don't fret, I don't know everything; just more than you. Not a high bar, and to you it might seem like a mountain, but rest assured that you're 100% incorrect once again.

Happy New Year!

I think we underrated Tyreek’s ability to adjust and hit that extra gear

Starting to think KC is like that predator who toys with their prey before killing them. They had zero issues building a lead and suddenly couldn’t move the ball. Once Denver took the lead they rattled off two straight TDs. They are a killer whale and the Broncos are that seal that gets flopped back and forth.
