Then I won't have to remind you sir that it was a mere one year and one week ago that Mr. Thompson balled up heavily favored SEC darling LSU in the Texas Bowl to the tune of 21/28 for 3 TDs and 0 INTs, and 259 passing yards. Legend has it that the LSU coach told Thompson after the game that if they had him at QB, they'd be national champions. By legend I mean I just made that up, but that's how legends are made: by being manufactured. Ask Brady.

But it occurs to me that there's no need to spend too much time defending ol' Sky's The Limit Thompson. His play on the field this coming weekend is gonna do plenty of that on its own!
