Andy is less stressed than he’s ever been. Hell if you look at him in 2017 with Peters antics and Alex’s struggles, he was worn down. But Patrick saved him.
This guy chose not to take any time away for both of his sons terrible issues or his burn out in Philly.

Football and working in football was Reid's therapy after losing his son. That's what he needed to help him move on in life. Hell, that's what his freakin wife told him to do.
He's going to quit when he's physically incapable of putting in the hours. That's gonna be awhile.
