I really like Chris Smith but I don't think KC is opting for a safety in round 2 again.
As for Dean, I agree with you. He's a 5th or 6th-round guy that is a liability in coverage. I think the best thing for Dean is to gain 15 pounds and play WLB. I just don't think you draft him as a safety unless it's purely as a guy you want to play special teams and as an absolute emergency SS. |
