Let’s talk about the Eagles (Super Bowl edition!)

Well fellas what do we think?

That would be my guess, before Jalen's injury he was very good in the passing game but hasn't or needed to do it lately. I think, but maybe wrong that KC and Philly were the top scoring teams this season overall. Philly more through the run but having watched every eagle game they generally seem to stick with what is working run or pass.

I feel so indifferent at this moment and have no idea why. I'm starting to feel like we will be in 10 more Super Bowls. May be taking this too much for granted suddenly after 50 years of suck football.

Really weird. I was 100 times more nervous about the Bengals game to get here. Alo 100 times more nervous from the 2019 Titans AFCCG than the Bengals game two weeks ago.

I just want Mahomes to finally have a great Super Bowl and kill the talking head doubters and haters about how he stinks in Super Bowls.

You're old enough to recognize inevitability.

Pat is taking over the matrix...

I just hope the team isn’t as chill as I am right now. I feel like I put a ridiculous amount of energy into the afccg and now it’s just kind like “well we’re gonna do the thing.”

I've gotten more nervous exponentially each day.

I've convinced myself that if the Chiefs win, I'll never be as nervous again since nobody can say we're only 1x time winners.

I've already seen enough to know that our GM is a savant at adding talent. UDFA's, late round picks, trades, whatever. He knows how to add muscle.

This team won't be a one hit wonder. Hell, we've hit 3 SB's in 5 years already...

In the time period most QB's are experiencing their learning curve. Close to hitting their prime.

He's already put a HOF career together.

Elway had 6 SB's and 2 wins. In his whole career. Pat's done 1/2 of that in his first 5 years...

I reject the notion that Philly is inherently the better TEAM. I think that's surface level analysis. All of those rookie snaps have paid off, and they're all balling, and in big moments.

In 2019, the San Francisco whiners had an elite defense coupled with an elite run game. Similar to the iggles, they were favorite by most to win the SB.
Then, Mahomes happened. The dam broke and the floodwaters (in this case: Chiefs offense) engulfed the entire land, I mean field.
You will witness that same event take place tomorrow, just like a natural disaster movie. Except you get to be one of the flood victims and won't get to see the happy ending.
