We wear the black hat now, fellas...

I'm disinclined to argue with any of these schmucks over the holding call that was a hold.

The bottom line is that WE have the black hat now. We're the villains. This is the kind of mess we're going to hear about every time this team succeeds.

ENJOY IT! Embrace it. Revel in it and **** the rest of 'em.

"Never forget what you are - wear it like armor and it can never be used to hurt you."

This is gonna be a blast, fellas. Every bit of annoying talking head bullshit we've seen for 4 years is going to be amplified. Every single time we lose it will be because X quarterback is the best in the league or Y team has finally come to knock the Chiefs off their perch.

This is the role we've always wanted to play so why fight it now that we have it? This is it. When the league folds and the only evidence it ever existed is Profootballreference and a pack of geriatric assholes with giant hogs and goatees on some rusty old website called ChiefsPlanet, the history will be written and this will be the golden age of Chiefs football. Don't apologize for a bit of it.

Because this shit is awesome.

That should be the end of it but it won't be. Instead they'll just move onto some other missed call that would have turned the game.

Just means he hopes if he covers for the NFL that the Eagles get the favorable call next time.

Dude, Patrick Mahomes is the most under the radar note-taking badass this league has ever seen.

Mahomes may put on the white hat in front of the cameras, but in front of the mirror it's a black hat and a notepad full of people he's gonna **** up for calling down the thunder.

Honestly, the refs didn't factor into the game much at all. Was shocking considering the bundle of sticks that was running the crew.

I think Nick Wright brings a ton of hate on the Chiefs. Obnoxious and annoying when the Chiefs win and whines and cries when they lose.

Speaking of, what was John Hussey's role last night?

I noticed him working the sideline in a different hat. Some sort of liaison role?

Anyone know?

He was there to enforce the script.

Doesn't matter - won rings.
