Nate Taylor: Chiefs expected to franchise OBJ again [not happening]

But I'd rather lose Brown and keep the other 80% of the line intact, than be left with Moore and 8-game Toney as the receiving corps

This team does need a deep threat pretty bad.
This draft is much deeper in OL than WR. We can find a day 1 starter much easier.

There isn't any WR in this draft that can just step right in and expect success. There are plenty of projects that we can develop.

Even though Jordan Addison and Quentin Johnson are really good prospects...Hyatt has everything you want in a WR oh and Zay Flowers has speed for days and knows to to run routes and create separation.

The idea all these guys suck is weird.

Letting OBJ walk means you're going to be trapped with some sub-tier castaway at left tackle. Which means you've got no way to anchor the offensive line. If you're lucky you'll get out of the wild card round.
