I think it's a case where Carter PROBABLY doesn't face serious legal ramifications.
It's going to be hard to prove he was under the influence if they didn't do a blood draw in the moment. I can't imagine there's any sort of felony rider for this. I'd guess he gets some probation. What teams can draft him, though? Not the Chiefs.
