I think it's a case where Carter PROBABLY doesn't face serious legal ramifications.

It's going to be hard to prove he was under the influence if they didn't do a blood draw in the moment. I can't imagine there's any sort of felony rider for this. I'd guess he gets some probation.

What teams can draft him, though? Not the Chiefs.

I think the top prize for our team would be another dominant DT to play next to C Jones.

Would you trade #31 + our extra 4th + next year's 1st to move up and take him at #11-15???

I think I'd make that move for the top talent in the draft, then pray that Carter falls to us in the 2nd.
