Bitching about word cells? WTF? This is what should concern us. That’s some serious accusations.

Comfort stuff that modern NFL players expect and don’t cost shit

Give every player their own hotel room.
Give them a damn chair to sit in at their locker for crissakes

Denver's descent into irrelevance and complete implosion is simply delicious. Couldn't happen to a more deserving franchise.

Modern conditioning has finally rendered their historic key homefield advantage, high altitude, moot. There was a time when they'd always win crucial home games because the other team simply couldn't function effectively by the end of the game. That simply doesn't happen anymore. And their "bold moves" now just spectacularly blow up in their faces. All they do now is squander crucial draft picks to desperately clutch at has-beens to bail them out, but the hole they're digging just gets deeper and deeper. And they have firmly cemented themselves as our bitches. Even though we always get their best effort, it's never enough, and their continually losing close games to us is almost certainly more soul crushing than getting blown out.

Couple that with our ascent to apex of not only the division, but also the conference and the league, and damn, it's just glorious.

But hey, some silly report ranks us 29th in something, so take that you stupid Chief fans!

Better stock up on cooking spray and fetch Elway another drink.

The thing is, they had a lot of guys dinged up this year, including Mahomes in the playoffs.

Every single one of those guys was ready to play come SB time.

Maybe him being a prick actually, you know...WORKS?

Eh, these two need to be addressed regardless.

They feel discouraged from reporting their injuries

They fear retribution for speaking up for better care

Even if its just taking him aside and getting his side of the story. Burkholder probably has at least a pretty good idea of who wrote those comments in.

Frankly, I do not give a shit about this. What they are doing is working. It's between the players and management. They are a union and can bargain for certain standards in their next collective bargaining agreement.

Agree with others, I'm sure he's an asshole sbout pushing them in the training room. Also sure he is a conceited alpha male that would clash with other alpha's. But anything less than a strong personality would get ran over by the players. Maybe he wants it to be set up as he's the bad guy and the others are their friends and the good guys?

I may be reading way to much into this.

But it comes off a bit......I dunno....we wanna be more like the NBA kinda thing? We want more power, more decision making etc.

The NFL is a Front Office league. It's not really a players league. The Qbs have some power, but for the most part, it's dominated by the FO's. And it absolutely dominates the other sports in every metric. The NBA is dying, no one gives a shit about MLB and everything else is secondary.

The NFL is king for a reason.

Like you said, there are some fairly simple ways to address it. It's not really that big of a deal and I'm sure the Chiefs will act upon this info regardless.
