Also, LT is a known quantity. Everyone knows what the market is for a top-5 LT.

What's the market for an oft-injured unicorn QB? Tunsil can simply point to his numbers/history and everyone knows about what he's worth. Lamar would have a hard time describing exactly what he could do for a team that isn't predicated on his running ability. That's what an agent is for; marketing.

Roquan Smith did pretty good with no agent.

Lamar is getting hampered by that tag. Can’t really compare his situation with Brown or anyone else.

The “sneaks” in the SB worked like a charm for Philly.

Him and Patrick split in the backfield. Nobody knows who’s getting the ball, nobody knows what they’re gonna do with it! We would not only go undefeated, we would score a TD on every possession!

As long as they double cover Kelce as Lamar struggles to hit anyone outside of his TE.

Apparently the “representative” for Lamar who is reaching out to teams on Lamar’s behalf isn’t certified by the NFLPA… JFC what a dumbshit.

Neither was the guy helping Tunsil, players pushing back on NFLPA's rules.

So IF they have a deal in principal with Jackson, what's to stop them from 1) Waiting until after the draft to finalize it or 2) Trading down like crazy before finalizing it to dilute the value of the first rounder they give up?

I mean the obvious answer would be "Because Baltimore would just match them..." but it sure sounds like Baltimore is done playing this game. They seem content to get their draft compensation and walk away from Jackson at this point.

Or is this a situation where the Colts call Baltimore, tell them what they're going to do and say "okay, you can either match, not match OR you can trade us his rights today for our 4th overall and send us back a 3rd rounder..."

Its kinda fascinating to me. The Colts can't just give up #4 this year and a 1st next year for Jackson, right?

Please tell me I'm right. I want no part of the inevitable Will Anderson monstrosity that will emerge in that Baltimore 3-4...
Yeah, I think that's what is keeping the Colts or any team for that matter from making any serious push for Jackson.

Any team interested is likely picking in the top 10 and hes just not worth two picks that high. Even if he turns your team around, he isnt worth a top 10 then a pick 20-25 the next year.

Their line is much more suited for that than ours is. We need more of the element of surprise than a team like Philly does.
