But the Raiders need weapons and having added one in Rice and presumably retained Jacobs, I thought getting Achane in there as a complement in the backfield was too intriguing to pass up.

It was between Battle and Achane for Philly with their 3rd rounder. If they would have brought back CGJ...it would have been Achane.
