So many reasons for the choke job. Free throws (uncharacteristically), poor shot selection at times, no Johnson for the majority of the game. Too much hero ball at times and the one time they needed Nowell to take the shot, he passed it.

I would have loved to see this played with better refs, though. So many fouls ruined the pace of this game and really hamstrung K-State. They probably win 8 out of 10 going away with a cleaner called game.

Welp, I appreciate that bearcat. I was really into this team. Love the players, the stories, and especially the coach. Maybe he can get them back here and knock down the door in the next 5 years.

Yeah I wouldn't call any quarterfinals game a choke job. Sucks, but they played better. Missed front ends, turnovers, and not the greatest movement on D to pressure 3 point shots.

Oh, I'm not even white knighting KSU fans, he's just ****ing obnoxious... he's said "60 years" about 15 times in the past 2 hours and just throws shit against a wall every 2 minutes for reactions.

Definitely not a choke job. For a team that was picked last in their conference they had an amazing season. I think you found your coach.
