While draft position is one indicator of talent, you can't say it's the sole indicator. If that were true, Tim Tebow and Johnny Manzel should be lighting up the NFL and making $50M per year. How about Deron Cherry? I'd say he was pretty good. Emmitt Thomas? Priest Holmes? By your standard, all UDFA JAGs.
If Justyn Ross has fully recovered and gives us 500+ yards and 6 TDs, you should send Veach Joe's KC every week for a year. Make sure you send enough for Andy to grab a rib or 6.

That's not even remotely the same situation. Trey Smith didn't have injury history. He had a blood clotting issue and missed games because of it and some say they couldn't get in depth medicals on him. Also he was still drafted and was considered a huge steal.
Justyn Ross runs an almost 4.7 40 time now (4.69). He's also a WR which is much more highly coveted than an OG. If any team thought he was some hugely talented WR, then they would have taken him as their last pick, because the risk is basically nothing and reward would be high. He's just not that WR he was his Freshmen year.
His ceiling is ST guy.
