Bryce Young is a smart QB and the Panthers have built a very nice staff to help him.
He’s probably the best of the class this year and Tepper wants something to give the fans now.

How the hell does anyone know how Young processes when he had NFL talent all over the place around him. Are we supposed to pretend like his production falling off fairly substantially after he lost Williams and Metchie should just be ignored? Take away his 2021 season and he looks like any of the other undersized 'Bama quarterbacks who got by through never getting hit or having to look to a 3rd read because he they're just BETTER than everyone else. And when that 2021 season sure looks like it may have been driven by excellent WR play, should we REALLY be acting like he's anything more than a more gregarious Mac Jones? Maybe if Carolina takes him at 1st overall we can finally move past this idiocy.
