I think we might miss EB here with prince. EB did a great job with pacheco. He made him into more of a power runner than he was in college. Pacheco routinely pushed the pile and made extra yards that CEH couldn’t get. The chiefs offense on 2nd and 5.5 is much better than 2nd and 7 and we saw that so much with CEH.

I think the new rb coach is todd pinkston. I know nothing about him. But Prince has a lot of potential. Prince is similar to pacheco in college in that he wasn’t a physical, power runner like he became for the chiefs. Prince will need that in the nfl. prince often tries to break runs wide or spin when he needs to lower his shoulder and really drive. Pacheco became a violent runner and Prince could be really good if he can follow in pachecos footsteps and be more downhill and violent with his running. Prince’s vision is better than pachecos coming out of college. And he takes less false steps than pacheco did in college. Prince also has good hands. I didn’t see much film of him blocking so I don’t know if he can pass protect. But Prince has a lot of tools. Personally, I’d put the kid in the weight room, especially his lower body and have him add about 10 lbs to his lower half bc he’s a little leggy. And I’d try to make him into a power runner to take some of those snaps from Pacheco. This could prolong pachecos career and we need another violent rb that will fight for tough yards. I think Prince could be really good, he doesn’t have the same burst as pacheco as you see on tape but still legit nfl speed.
