It's a great opportunity for the Lions to set the tone for their season. In someways I view it like when we opened the season vs the Patriots in 2017.
Now I think playing the Lions is perfect, because the advantage of opening your season on Thursday is you get a little mini bye which I think is an advantage. I'd rather see an NFC team get that then say the Dolphins (That is the season opener if I'm the NFL). |
