Arrowhead Kingdom turns Jacksonville red, again

Here is the list of events. Note the address on the location is the first event. I will update the location address as we go.

9/15/23- Red Friday Event- Island Wing Company- 360 Bartram Market Dr. Jacksonville, FL 8 P.M.- Close. We will have our very own Arrowhead KC DJ in da house DJ Austin Garvey!!!! They have agreed to stay open as long as we are ordering and/or up to 2 a.m. Lets kick the weekend off in style!!!

9/16/23- Saturday Arrowhead Kingdom Beach party. Mangos 601 1st St. N. Jacksonville Beach FL. That’s location for Spirits and Libations. Good places are all around. It’s a beach day so we will all just be enjoying the beach by this location together!!! Please bring covered cups to put “drinks” in. They have strict open container laws. You will get a ticket.

9/17/23- TAILGATE/GAME TIME!!!! UPDATED LOCATION-

Tailgaters Parking- Time Out Lot-

Parking- $35 a vehicle. Will pay Tailgaters Parking directly or you can Venmo Catherine and she can obtain for you.

Parking lot is right across street from tailgate lot. No parking at this time in our tailgate lot. We secured the entire lot for just our group and for tailgate.

Food trucks will be on location. BYOB drinks. DJ Austin Garvey will be in full swing once again. We will have tailgate open around 8 am. NOTE- For those with Cabana tickets. Remember it comes with early access to stadium and includes food and drinks. So don't bring a ton!

Note- All lowers are sold out. Pool Cabanas are sold out. HUGE NOTE- Jags verified that we are the ONLY Chiefs group/people that are getting cabanas. They have already assigned them. No other Chiefs groups are being provided cabanas. So please be careful giving money towards any that are not through me. As per the Jags, this is it.

@everyone Post 2/2 and hopefully my final for this event!!!

This is all about stadium can and can’t take in!!! Folks DO NOT mess around on this. Every stadium varies but trust me, you don’t want to have to walk back to vehicles to put things away because you thought you could get away with it. Just not worth it.

-In short.
•Clear bags ONLY and must be 12x6x12. No larger allowed even if clear.
•NO FANNY PACKS even if clear. That is an NFL policy/ban.
•Small wristlets and clutches are allowed and don’t have to be clear. Think checkbook size or smaller here ladies.

See attached photo for OK vs Prohibited items for a visual guide. Again note that fanny packs are under prohibited. (FYI- this is so that security checks go faster).

-For Cabana peeps-
•BRING YOUR OWN TOWELS!!!
•Same bag policies as above. So no beach bags even if clear.
•Sunscreen is ok!

Signs are ok so long as they are not larger than 2’X3’.

-NO SMOKING, this includes E-cigarettes. Most stadiums have gone to this policy. Even Arrowhead folks. Doesn’t matter that they are outdoors.

-Cashless, make sure to have plastic on ya cuz no cash at stadium. They also accept Applepay, Google pay, & Samsung pay. Again most stadiums have gone to this. Including Arrowhead.

-Outside food is permitted but can’t be wrapped and must be in clear ziplock bag. No bigger than a gallon. NO OUTSIDE drinks except for one sealed bottle water 16.9 oz or smaller.

-Game Ticket sales and parking passes through me have now concluded.

Note that parking passes for the lot by tailgate can be purchased through Tailgaters Parking. Just make sure you tell them the Lot name-Extra Point. https://tailgatersparking.com There is no gurantee they will have parking available day of.

-Tailgate tickets/wristbands can still be obtained. Remember these will be handed out at all the events including day of tailgate.

Check your pm. The cabana is a party thing. There is a pool in the stadium. You can watch the game while in the pool. It’s a private thing for us.

Cabanas and 245 are sold out. Lower 437only has a handful left.

If you have tickets to the spa cabana. You can go into either of our 2 cabanas.

Ones on the Jags side. The other is on the Chiefs side. You can move between the two cabanas. We will put out the jags rules out later. Are there showers? Lockers? Chairs etc. etc.

The tailgate spot is done. Right by the stadium. Details to follow. There is an adjacent parking lot next to our tailgate location that you can park your car.

Stoked for Jacksonville game! Please make sure to check out the events planned for the weekend. Specifically tailgate. You can secure your parking now along with the tailgate. VENMO/PayPal me.

As always- we NEVER charge more than cost. Not here as a business. Here as fans, and that’s how it will remain.

Tickets- you can still get them. However it’s best available at this point. I’ll need payment and then I’ll simply get you what I can. I’ll refund any difference. Both pool cabanas are sold out. And lowers are sold out too. You can maybe be lucky and get lower level uppers. So plan on $175 each tops.

We have around 1000 that I’m aware of already going!!!!

Some Jags fans/employees will be joining us as well!!! With that I want to give special appreciation to Jags club and front office. They have been amazing!! Full respect!!!

If you have not paid for your parking or entrance into the tailgate lot, better get on it or we will sell out.

We will have some shuttles, 6-10 people. They are free but you will need to tip the drivers. That’s the only money that the drivers are making on the ride.
