How long has the dark mode existed?

I look at people who haven’t switched to dark mode and 80 posts per page the same way I look at people who still shit in outhouses.

I prefer the look of dark mode, really like the red and black... but, switching from a dark mode page to basically anything else puts strain on my eyes. I have Google Messages on dark mode on my phone, and that's about it. Even if I had everything dark, just looking up from it would suck.

I probably could have used it 20 years ago when I sat in the dark quite a bit late at night, but not so much now.
