Actually true. But also, what is the going rate “salary wise” for a RB that commands a 1st round pick?

CMC seems like a good comparison, didn’t go for a 1st but went for a 2nd rounder and then some and also his contract was already set.

Seems it’s a 1st and whoever gets him on a rookie deal for a year and then do what you want with him. Seems more intriguing and less expensive than the CMC deal.
