If I'm gonna hang at a pool for a bit, vodka/soda goes down well.
That said, the canned stuff is just kindof expensive and definitely mediocre as hell. So get a soda stream (or bottles of soda water), your favorite flavored vodka and just mix it to taste in a big ol' Tervis. So I tend to keep it simple - grapefruit deep eddy and some soda stream fizzy water.
