I guess being a good Chiefs fans is saying that the 1970's Chiefs did not have the shittiest decade of draft picks in the NFL in the 1970's..

The front office is always right and if you are a real fan you suck the company dick.

You can go ahead and have that belief. That just makes you a sucker. Not a better fan.

Joe Burrow is now the highest paid NFL player ever. The Hall of Fame player that ended that drive in time for Chiefs to get ball back and drive into FG range is asking for a respectable deal.

Chiefs could pay a market rate deal and figure it out, maybe they can tell Chris Jones to go **** himself and still win Super Bowl LVIII, but seems unlikely.

I guess if Chiefs let Jones **** himself out of gamechecks, we can wait to see how fun it will be to think about Jones having a few less million dollars and compare that fun to watching Chiefs win a Lombardi.
Shrug. The man is already making $6 million more than Kelce. Seems like he's getting plenty of cash. Kelce should be the one holding out after what we saw last night from the offense.

And unlike CJ, Kelce actually performs in the playoffs. CJ completely disappears in the playoffs and has one game out of 16 where he gets a sack against backups, and now he thinks he’s the next Reggie White. CJ is a greedy self centered **** and he’s shown his true colors this offseason. Maybe some team will trade something good to get an overrated shitty teammate, but it’s probably wishful thinking at this point.

I'm leaning in that direction. With the $$$ he wants we could sign three solid role players. We saw how well that can work out with the Tyreek situation. Defense looked good as well.

If/when he shows up, awesome. Next year he's not a Chief.

I am pro player getting paid but I am at that point now. I think sitting in the box with Cheeto and Skull while his teammates struggled a bit because not already being the highest paid Defensive player was not good enough is the breaking point.

A really shitty move.

Pretty massive ****up on his part to sit up in a suite with his agents flanking him on both sides. Instead of him just being there to support his teammates he turned it into a petulant public protest and coupling that with how the game went last night a pretty severe PR backfire.

They actually didn’t struggle at all. That defense gave up 14 points to a playoff team.
