The win was great, but that was one of the more boring Chief wins I've seen in a long time.

There was never really a threat from Denver, even when it was 16-8.

Let's be honest. Without that BS roughing the passer call, and if Reid would just stop limiting Rice's snaps, that's a 40-0 laugher.

But then again, who cares. We're not the Bills whose big games are running up the score vs bad teams. We'll be better for the bumps in the road.

(Poor ****ing Broncos. Our bump in the road is beating them easily by double-digits. )

Yup.
They dusted off a ton of stuff they'd never try in a competitive game vs. a competitive team.

Denver rookie QB John Elway, on Jack Lambert, after Lambert and the Steelers knocked Elway out of his first game as a pro (1983).

It would have been cute had the 16TH straight win ended with the early 4th quarter score of 16-0.

Andy used this game as a practice session to try stuff and still covered the spread. I wish he wouldn't but whatever. 16 in a row and we have an elite defense.

Anyone who remembers the Elway days not to mention their more recent run in the ‘10s in this series knows how special this run is.

It wasn’t the first sign but I remember thinking after our MNF comeback out there against Trevor Simian a few years ago that the script had truly flipped.

Most fanbases never get this obviously.
