In our last 60 days in Iraq we got a new platoon leader. Good enough guy but he was very eager to be one of the guys. On our way home we stopped in Ireland to lay over for a couple of hours. This guy tells an entire platoon of infantrymen that drinks were on him for those 2 hours. Being the platoon Sgt I had to step in and say that it was a 2 drink max for each soldier, otherwise that guy was going to spend $2500 easy.

My bachelor party in Vegas i found out Australians drink Jager and Ginger ale. I tried it and i remember it working okay despite disliking both Jager and Ginger Ale.
