He's older and slower for sure, but what they showed on the 3rd and 1 play (with him getting grabbed by like 3 defenders off the line) is happening frequently. We don't have enough other threats to get that off him.

Must give props to Veach...he made a brilliant trade to acquire McDuffie (he's tremendous) instead of just waiting for Kair Elam. IMHO, having a lockdown/play maker was the impetus for this D to become Top 10.

That said...Clark nees to hire a draft consultant, a WR specialist to to whatever it takes to get an immediate producer in this draft. This is an excellent, DEEP draft and BV may need to maneuver again to land one. You may get him at 31, you may be able to trade down and still land one at 35-40, you may have to trade up, but they absolutely have to identify a #1 and get him.

Every one of those is major stupidity...and could have cost this game.
