I think the entire offensive coaching staff blows, and I don't see a solution to the problem, especially not halfway through the current season. Reid isn't going to clean house, which I believe is needed this off-season. While I am not a fan of EB, he did bring some balance and accountability to the team that seems to be lacking currently, and I believe it is desperately needed.

Why in the hell would Reid leave? I could honestly see him coaching another 7-10 years if his health is good. Reid has said it many many times that he and his wife LOVE the everyday grind as a NFL HC and will do it as long as health allows.
