He must be rubbing people the wrong way. At first I just thought Irsay was a lunatic but there must be a little John Dorsey to this guy. Can’t play nice with others or some shit

The Colts still owed him a bunch of money and he had a 4 year deal with the Panthers as well. Depending on how his contract was structured this dude might be getting piles of money from 2 different teams for doing nothing.

Just a reminder that Reich wanted CJ Stroud. He even told him that he could "play basketball when he's in Charlotte". It was no secret how much he liked CJ.

Their stupid meddling owner forced Bryce Young upon him bc he passed some stupid ass test about reactions or some shit.

Basically Tepper can **** himself bc this is all his fault.

That’s absolutely nuts. Dude was a big part of the problem but i can’t imagine anyone could have succeeded hitching their wagon to Bryce young, let alone a rookie Bryce

Really? I live near Charlotte so I always wondered how the process for choosing Bryce over CJ went down.

In a league full of shitty owners, Tepper might be the worst. He's a meddling moron

He's just a fossil and his methods are likely outdated, like Jon Gruden, and he picked Ryan Leaf instead of Peyton Manning. Now the Panthers will have to make another decision and hopefully get lucky with a coordinator, wouldn't be surprised if Bieniemy jumps ship to take over the Panthers because once they go through all the other good coordinators, he'll be one of the last available.

When's the owner going to fire himself. He wanted Young, Reich wanted Stroud.

Good luck getting any coach to work for you Tepper. You're in Jerruh territory now

Quote:
Mike Florio of Pro Football Talk reported on Sunday that there's a belief that the decision to select Young was made by team owner David Tepper, and others fell in line because they didn't want to ruffle any feathers.

"It's believed in some league circles that the Panthers drafted Bryce Young because Tepper wanted him, and that the people who work for him are saying they did, too, because they know what's good for them," Florio stated.

Young hasn't gotten better at all. Weak player with a weak arm that hasn't shown any sign he belongs as a starter. They chose the wrong QB.

Wow. Only reason I can think of is because Young has not looked good. Curious how much of that pick was Reich.

Did Reich a favor IMO

Got out of there without much damage from having to coach that midget.
