I'm donating $250 to help a fellow CP poster in need for Xmas.

I ask fellow posters to decide on someone you know here or even a charity that is worthy that could use a little Xmas cheer.

I have someone in mind but if there is a shy poster who you can show privately how they could use a little help this Xmas, we'll make this happen.

I would be willing to send a MOD the money today and then they can release it to them after everyone decides.

Cashapp is easy enough to use to send $ as long as you don't mind the wait to not be pestered with their stupid fees.

Can you just buy an e-gift card and send a screen shot of the # to whomever you choose? I do that with my parents a lot.

After a quick discussion, we think it is best that you take care of transferring the gift to the recipient yourself. I'm not discounting what you plan to do. It is admirable that you want to do this. We just don't think we need to be the middleman here.

I have used Zelle as it is free and NEVER an issue.

People have NOT been scammed by Zelle but people pretending to be Zelle , just like people get scammed everyday from fake PayPal emails or calls or Western Union.

I don't want to spend $25 in fees to send $250

Use Cashapp, sign up and give them your debit card info and have whoever do the same. It takes like 5 min. I use it way more than venmo or any other money sender app.
